- 3 tbsp Curd
- 1 Tomatoes medium
- 1 tbsp Green chilli paste
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 3 cup Basmati rice soaked for 1 hour
- 1/2 cup Oil

- Take washed mutton in a cooker add water into it salt 1 onion garlic pods and ginger pieces into it. Now for convience take a muslin cloth and put the whole garam masala and the sauf and dhaniya and tie them in it and place this into the water cook it untill meat is tender. it will be done in 15 mins. Separate the mutton and keep the yaqni aside.
- Now take oil fry the onion put the bay leaf, whole garam masala zeera and shah zeera mutton ginger garlic paste a and cook it for 2 minutes. Add green chilli paste, chilli flakes tomatoes, and curd the mix and cook for a while add salt and black pepper powder.
