  14. 2 Tb spoon ginger garlic pate
  15. 1 cup masoor daal (boiled or cooked)
  16. Yellow food colour a little with water
  17. Boiled rice
  18. 350 g rice
  19. Sabat garam masala
  20. Water
  21. Salt as per taste

  1. Fry onion. 3 cloves,3-4 black pepper, 1 inch cinnamon. Till onion golden brown. Take out on kitchen tissue
  2. Add potatoes in oil and add salt. Fry for a little. Add ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add golden brown onion then add all spices, tomato purée.
  4. ADD yoghurt. Mix well add biryani masala. And imlli pulp.cover it till potatoes done.
  5. Add masoor daal cooked or boiled daal.
  6. Add boiled rice on it. Then add some golden onions. Lemon fresh mint and yellow food colour on it. Cover it for 15-20 mins on dam.
  7. It’s done.
