  16. 2 tbsp Ghee for cooking

Instructions to make to make Chicken Biryani

  1. Marination - : Marinate the chicken with Curd, Salt, Turmeric & black pepper & Ginger Garlic Paste and keep aside for 30mins.
  2. In.cooker take hee add dalchini, bay Leaves, Mustard Seeds, curry leaves when mustard starts spluttering add onion and saute till golden brown.
  3. Now add chicken, mix well and cover let it cook for 5 min. Then add basmati rice, mix it gently. Then add 2 cups water.
  4. In a bowl take warm milk and saffron and Mix Well and drop it all over the rice. Add 1 tbsp ghee on the top.
  5. Cover the cooker lid and let it cook for 1 whistle and switch off the gas. Let the cooker stay with closed lid for 10 min. This will allow the rice to cook perfectly.
  6. Now enjoy the Biryani with dahi raita.
