- 3 cups Basmati Rice (soaked)
- 8-10 Green chilli (paste)
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 onion (Sliced)

- 1 Chicken Cube
- 1/2 Cup Coriander leave (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 2 Big Green chillies
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds

- 5-7 Black pepper
- 3-4 Cloves
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 3 Green Cardamom
- 2-3 Cinnamon stick
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 cups water
- Orange Food colour (optional)
Instructions to make to make Chana Pulao
- In a pot Add oil and onions.fry until golden brown.Now add Cumin,star anise,blackpepper,cloves,cardamom, Cinnamon stick & bay leaves Saute until fragrant.
- Then add Ginger Garlic paste & green chillies paste.Saute for 5min then Add yoghurt,salt & Chicken Cube. add Chickpeas and Mix well.
- Finally add soaked rice and water(4cups).Cook until water dries up
- Cover and cook on low flame for 10min.(Dum)
