Instructions to make to make Biryani

  1. Heat oil and add onion
  2. Fry onion until it change colour nice pink
  3. Now turn flame high to medium now add garam masala powder
  4. Fry for 5 minutes and add ginger garlic paste fry for a minute
  5. And add tomatoes fry for minute adding with a salt
  6. Now add coriander leaves, mint leaves, curd, lemon juice and kasuri methi and fry for a minute
  7. Now add chicken fry for a minute and now cover the utensil for 5 minutes
  8. After 5 minutes add water as u required
  9. And wait for boil water
  10. After water is boiling add rice
  11. And cook until rice is done
  12. After rice done add Orange food colour and ghee
  13. And cover for 2 minutes
  14. Now turn off the flame
  15. And mix well
  16. And serve
