  5. For Pulao

  8. 1 medium tomato sliced
  9. 1 green capsicum sliced
  10. 1/2 cup cabbage sliced
  11. 4-5 French beans cubed and blanched
  12. 1 medium potato cubes boiled
  13. 1/4 cup peas boiled
  14. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  15. 1 tsp lime juice
  16. 1 Tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  17. 2 Tbsp butter
  18. 1 Tbsp oil
  19. to taste Salt
  20. for Garnishing
  21. 3-4 corinader leaves
  22. 2-3 lemon wedges
  23. 1 tomato sliced

  25. 1 Papad
  26. 1 bowl curd

Instructions to make to make Tawa Pulao

  1. Soak the Kashmiri red chillies and make a paste with cumin seeds and garlic cloves. Set aside
  2. In a wok heat butter and oil and add cumin seeds, when splutters add sliced onions and cook till translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till the raw smell is gone
  3. Add prepared Chilli paste and cook for 3-4 mins. Add cabbage and cook for 3-4 mins
  4. Add blanched beans, boiled potatoes, sliced tomatoes, sliced capsicum and cook for 4-5 mins. Add boiled peas and stir. Add salt and stir
  5. Add cooked rice and stir well
  6. Add Pao Bhaji masala and cook for 2-3 mins. Add lime juice and stir one more time. Set aside
  7. Garnish with sliced tomatoes, coriander leaves and lime wedges. Plate with Dahi and roasted Papad and enjoy a full meal
