- Sabat garam masala(1 bari ellachi, 3 long, 3-4 black pepper, 1 small piece of cinnamon)
- 3-4 lemon juice
- Salt as per taste
- Wash and soak rice for Hal an hour

- Cover it for 5-7 mins on low flame
- Let it dry.
- Boil water with salt, sabat garam masala, lemon juice. Boil rice in it. Cook it more till more soft till aik kani.
- Mix rice in biryani masala. Add ginger, lemon skin and green chillies in it.
- Mix and cover it on dam flame for 2 mins only.
