  21. 5-6 small cardamom
  22. 3 bari illachi
  23. 1/4 cup milk

Instructions to make to make Pulao biryani

  1. First in a pan add oil then add sliced onion in it make it golden brown than add all spices,sabit garam masala,tomatoes and ginger garlic paste.cover it and cook for 10mins.
  2. After 10 mins bhonify it than add chicken saute it for 5mins.cover it and cook for 20 mins until tender.
  3. Add yogurt in it cook it for more 10mins.add all green masala and cook it for more 5 mins.
  4. Parallelly soak rice for 20 mins. put 7 cups of water in a pan until boiling after 20mins of soak rice boil it until 1/4 percent of rice is done.
  5. Now first in a pan add all prepared masala in it, on top of it put all rice,mix red food colour in 1/4 cup of milk and spray it in top of rice.put on dum now for 15mins.
  6. Yummy biryani pulao is ready.
  7. Serve with raita and salad.
