- Cook the soya chunks in boiling hot water with some salt. Wash the chunks and squeeze the water out.
- Marinate the soya chunks with soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Syracuse spice, crushed garlic, honey, ginger, chilli flakes and salt for half an hour.
- Clean and chop the spinach leaves. Grind them with ginger, garlic and green chilies to a fine paste
- Take vegetable oil in a pressure cooker, add clove and cinnamon sticks.
