- 1/2 cup Urad Dal
- 1 cup Millet
- 2 Tbsp flattened rice
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/8 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- As Per Taste Rock salt
- 2 green chilies
- As Required Water
- As Required Oil to fry
Instructions to make to make Millet Dosa
- In a blender add Urad Dal, Millet, flattened rice, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, and rock salt, and blend to a fine powder
- Add green chilies, yogurt, and 1/2 cup water and blend smooth. Cover for 30 mins
- Add 1/2 cup of water to make a battery consistency.
- In a Dosa pan heat and add a ladle of the batter, spread with the back of the ladle evenly and thin, and add 1 tsp oil all around.
- Flipside and fry for 1 min, fold to half, and set aside.
- Plate with Chutney and enjoy 😊
