  3. 2 tsp white pepper powder
  4. 1.5 tbsp black pepper powder

  9. 1/2 cup yogurt
  10. 4 tbsp cheese
  11. 2 tbsp cream

  13. 2 tbsp butter
  14. 1 tbsp oil
  15. Marinated chicken
  16. Heated charcoal
  17. Boiled rice
  18. As required water
  19. 1 kg rice(clean,washed n soaked for 1 hr)
  20. 1 tbsp whole garam masala
  21. 1 lemon
  22. As per taste salt
  23. Qorma/gravy
  24. 3 onion
  25. 1 whole garlic bulb cloves
  26. 5,6 green chilies
  27. 2 green cardamom
  28. 1 black cardomom
  29. 1 Cinnamon stick
  30. 1 Mace
  31. 1 Nutmeg
  32. 2,3 cloves
  33. As required Oil
  34. 3 tbsp butter
  35. 4 tbsp cream
  36. 1/2 cup yogurt
  37. 4 tbsp cheese
  38. 1 tsp white pepper powder
  39. 2 tsp black pepper powder
  40. As per taste salt
  41. 2 tbsp white biryani masala
  42. 1 cup mint leaves
  43. 1 cup coriander leaves
  44. 1 cup fried onions
  45. 3 lemons slices

Instructions to make to make Malai tikka biryani(no tomatoes)

  1. Take yogurt in a bowl n add spices n ginger garlic chili paste than add cheese n cream give it a good mix..
  2. Now add chicken in it n mix well.squeeze lemon juice n let it rest for 2 hours..
  3. Now add butter +oil in wok n let it heat than add marinated chicken n cook till soft n tender.. now give it a coal smoke for 3,4 minutes.
  4. Add water in cauldron n let it heat than add whole garam masala, lemon n salt n let it boil.
    When it starts bubbling add in rice n let them cook/boil till 3/4 th done..
  5. Now strain the rice n set them aside..
  6. Add sliced onions in heated oil n saute till translucent.
    Than add 5,6 green chillies,n 15,20 garlic cloves.. n saute for few minutes..turn off the flame n let it cool down..
    Than blend it into smooth paste..
  7. Now in a wok add oil n let it heat further add green cardamom, jaifal,javatri,cinnamon sticks, black cardomom, cloves n let them crackle..
    Add in blended mixture n cook till oil separates than add salt,white pepper, black pepper, white biryani masala(used homemade)
    Mix well n cook..
  8. Now whisk the yogurt n cream n add in mixture..
    (At this point flame should b low or off)
    Mix it well again turn on the flame.. add in cream n cheese n cook till cheese melt..
  9. Add in butter..
    Turn off the flame n set it aside..
  10. Now start layering.
    1st add qorma layer than boiled rice than again gravy along with mint,coriander leaves,fried onions n lemon slices..
  11. Again layer of remaining rice,
    Qorma/gravy cooked chicken tikkas mint n coriander leaves, lemon slices n fried onion..
    Cover it properly..
    Now heat the old tawa n put the cauldron over it add weight over cauldron lid n let it cook for 10,15 minutes on medium low flame..
    Remove the lid n mix well..
  12. Serve it hot..
