  7. 1/2 tsp Carrom seeds
  8. 1 tbsp chopped Coriander

  13. 1 cup Curd
  14. 1/3 cup Gram flour/Besan
  15. 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  16. 1/2 Onion (thinly sliced)
  17. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  18. 1 tsp Chilli powder
  19. 1/2 Cumin seeds
  20. 1 tbsp Oil
  21. 1 tbsp Coriander leaves(chopped)
  22. as peer taste Salt
  23. 3 cups Water
  24. For Tempering
  25. 1 tbsp chopped Onion
  26. 2 Dry Red Chilli
  27. 2 tbsp Butter
  28. For Garnish
  29. 1/2 tsp Chat masala
  30. 1/3 tsp Chilli powder
  31. 1 tsp Butter
  32. For Rice
  33. 2 cup Rice
  34. 8 cups Water
  35. 1 tsp Oil

  1. For rice, boil rice with water and oil till it cooked well, strain and keep aside.
  2. For Pakora, in a mixing bowl, add spinach, onion, chilli powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds and salt.
  3. Add water and whisk well to make a thick batter.
  4. Heat oil in a heavy skillet, take a spoonful of batter and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
  5. For Kadhi, in a mixing bowl add curd, gram flour, garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder and water.
  6. Mix it well to make a lump free batter and keep aside.
  7. In a heavy bottom skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil and add cumin seeds.
  8. Add chopped onion and cook it until translucent.
  9. Now add the prepared batter and give it a nice stir.
  10. Cook it for about 15 minutes on medium heat and then add salt.
  11. Then, add fries pakore in it, mix it well and garnish it with chopped coriander.
  12. For tempering heat butter in a pan, add 1 tbsp onion and sauté till golden in colour.
  13. Add 2 dry red chili and remove from heat.
  14. Add the temper over the prepared kadhi and mix it well.
  15. Make rice bowl, pour kadhi over it, sprinkle masala and butter, serve hot.
