- Dein add mutton n potatoes and cook dem for about ten mins by adding yakhni to get flavor, add soaked dried plums n national biryani masala n dein leave it on a medium flame until the potatoes are cooked


- Boiled the rice by adding yakhni n salt n pepper n oil...then add yellow color n half lemon juice to it

- Add zafran to a half cup boiled water to get the color

- Mix yogurt with 1cup of boiled rice n zafran water

- Now layer the zafrani rice in the matka n keep it on a low flame for 25mins

- Now put half of rice in the matka n layer of mutton mixture dein rice n rest of the mixture n remaining rice on top...garnish with mint leaves n lemon slices n keep it on low flame for 10mins.
