  10. 1 pinch kesar
  11. 3 tbsp Kewra essence
  12. 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
  13. 2 tbsp ghee
  14. 2 tbsp curd
  15. 2 tbsp cream
  16. 1/2 tsp biryani masala
  17. 1 tsp lemon juice
  18. 1/2 tsp javitry powder
  19. Salt
  20. 1/2-1 tsp Haldi
  21. 1 tsp Degi mirch
  22. 1/2 jeera
  23. 2 badi elaichi
  24. 2 Choti elaichi
  25. 1 tej patta

Instructions to make to make Vegetable Biryani

  1. Soak kesar and elaichi powder in Kewra.
  2. Boil together carrots, beans, peas.fry potatoes
  3. In a deep non stick pan put ghee add all garam masalas, jeera and onions. Sauté till little brown.
  4. In a bowl add curd and cream, javitry,biryani masala, haldi,salt, Degi mirch.
  5. With the help of a spatula add rice and the masalas in the 5th step.now add Kewra mix and place your pan on tava on low flame for 1/2 hour but stirring it in between.before serving garnish with coriander n julliens of ginger.
  6. If you like you can fry some dry fruits in ghee and garnish them.
