  2. Add the rice and mix well and saute on a medium flame for two more minutes.
  3. Add the fresh toovar, surti papdi and green peas and mix well. Saute for a few seconds.
  4. Add prepared paste, salt and water and mix gently.
  5. Once the mixture comes to a boil close the lid and cook on a low flame for two whistle.
  6. If you use a pan stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve hot with a topping of ghee and served with masala curd.
